In addition to his role as a Director of AlbionArc Capital, Mr. Ozair is Managing Director, Fund Strategies at Delancey, which he joined in 2008. His responsibilities span investments and acquisitions, corporate finance, underwriting, returns monitoring, financing and disposals, as well as establishing new joint ventures, partnerships and investor relationships.

Transactions he has worked on include the joint venture with Qatari Diar to acquire the Athletes’ Village at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the take-private of Minerva plc and the acquisition of Barwood Logistics.
