Mr. Matthews joined Delancey in 2026 and works across real estate debt and investment opportunities, supporting origination, underwriting, execution and portfolio management.

He was previously an Associate in the Real Estate Debt team at Aviva Investors, originating, structuring and executing transactions for a pan-European, multi-sector private debt fund. Before that, he worked at CBRE Lending and CBRE Capital Advisors across real estate debt, corporate finance and direct equity investment.

Mr. Matthews is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from Oxford Brookes University.
