Mr. Ritblat founded Delancey in 1995 and has led its growth into one of the UK’s leading real estate investment, development and asset management businesses, overseeing more than £20 billion of transactions.

He has led fund raisings and segregated mandates for institutional and family office investors, oversaw the planning of the Earl’s Court development and led Delancey’s role in the London 2012 Olympic legacy, including East Village and the creation of Get Living.

Mr. Ritblat chairs the Real Estate Committee of Imperial College Council, is a Commissioner of Historic England, a Trustee of Blenheim Palace and a member of the Advisory Board of Brown Advisory.
