Ms. Chen Davison rejoined Delancey in March 2026 as Managing Director, Capital Markets. She has more than 25 years of real estate investment experience across the UK, Europe and North America, covering residential, office, retail, hotels, schools, debt, distressed assets and lifetime mortgage products.

She previously spent 14 years at Delancey overseeing third-party financing for the firm and its joint ventures, and has since served as Chief Investment Officer of Seaforth Land, Chief Operating Officer of Telford Homes, where she led operations and strategy through a restructuring, and Head of Strategy at GoSpace AI.
