Mr. Kom joined Delancey in 2022 following 17 years in Deutsche Bank’s commercial real estate team, with extensive experience in the origination, underwriting and execution of loan and structured investment transactions.

He has transacted more than €3 billion of senior mortgage financing and more than €2 billion of structured commercial real estate transactions for private equity sponsors, leveraged debt funds and family offices across the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain.
