Mr. Patel joined Delancey in 2005 and oversees governance, operational risk and regulatory compliance across the group’s advisory entities, including internal controls, operational processes and the firm’s legal and regulatory obligations to its advisory clients.

He also provides oversight of the governance, risk and compliance frameworks of Delancey’s portfolio companies and monitors key legislation affecting their operations.

Previously, Mr. Patel was Head of Risk Management & Internal Audit at Hercules Group plc, an AIM-listed property services group later acquired by Erinaceous Group plc.
