In addition to his role as a Director of AlbionArc Capital, Mr. Lancaster is the Chief Executive Officer of Delancey, which he joined in 2000 from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Partner. In this role, he leads the firm’s strategy and works closely with clients and colleagues across its investment and operational activities.​

 

Originally focused on UK commercial real estate, his remit has broadened to residential, mixed-use and education strategies, and his investor partners include APG, Oxford Properties, Aware Super and Places for London.

Mr. Lancaster is a graduate of the University of Reading, a member of the RICS, a former national Chair of the Investment Property Forum and a former Trustee of the Reading Real Estate Foundation at Henley Business School.
